  • Michael Sweeney is a sole trader Business in Northern Ireland (United Kingdom).

  • This website is an online shop selling primarily picture products from Northern Ireland as well as awards and trophies.

  • I can also be contacted by telephone on 07716 985 055.  If I am unable to answer your call I will call you back at my first earliest opportunity.

  • I am not VAT registered as turnover does not meet the V.A.T. threshold and as a result I am unable to offer separate V.A.T. Receipt.

  • This website has been set up for UK sales.  If ordering from outside the UK please see details listed further down in these terms and conditions.

  • Prices are for UK purchases only, any purchases made outside the UK may incur additional charges for the country of destination such as import duties.

  • Information received is not shared with third parties in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR 2018

  • Website may be altered/changed without notice.  This does not affect your statutory rights or terms and conditions.

Purchases & Payment

 

  • All products for sale on this site are the property of Michael Sweeney and associates until full payment has been received.

  • Full payment must be received before orders are processed.  Prices on the website excludes shipping which is calculated at check out.

  • Prefered method of payment is PAYPAL (note that PayPal now accepts credit or debit card payments without the need to create a PayPal account).

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM THE EU, USA AND CANADA. REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF AN ORDER ARRIVES FROM ONE OF THESE LOCATIONS.

 

Shipping & Returns

 

  • Most orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days from within the UK using Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on the size of the order.  As such delivery is normally received inside 5 working day.

  • Please note if your item is out of stock it may take up to 28 days for delivery.

  • Contact me before ordering to check availability and estimated delivery if you need your items quickly.

  • A full refund will be offered if I cannot dispatch within a time frame that meets your needs.

  • Products are packaged in such a way to allow the best possible protection from damage.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • Please note that I allow 28 days for you to cancel and return your order(s). Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage with the exception of where there is an error with the order.  If the order is wrong then I pay the postage. This is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM THE EU, USA AND CANADA. REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF AN ORDER ARRIVES FROM ONE OF THESE LOCATIONS.

 

Distance Selling Regulations

 

  • Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) apply to all goods purchased from this site

  • Goods may be returned within 28 days following receipt of the item(s), provided that they are returned in the original packaging, in the same condition and notification of your intent to return has been made in writing or by e-mail.

  • In line with DSR, personalised, customised or any other product where an adjustment has been made are excluded and cannot be returned.

  • Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE EU, USA OR CANADA

 

Ordering from outside the UK

 

  • Products purchased to go to destinations outside the UK may incur additional postage charges.

  • Products arriving in your country of origin may incur additional customs/import duties.

  • It is your responsibility as the buyer that the products you purchase do not break any laws (or are illegal) in your country.

  • All products dispatched to foreign destinations are covered by the above mentioned Distance Selling Destinations.

  • ANY ORDERS ORIGINATING FROM THE EU, USA OR CANADA WILL BE REFUNDED AS WE CANNOT DISPATCH TO THOSE DESTINATIONS.
